Installed 20/25 spacers and rear swift springs. Got stuck on the front bolts but went out and purchased a 30" breaker bar to tackle them again tomorrow.
Also for tomorrow- Last edited by equalme; 12-14-2013 at 08:53 PM. |

Spent some time repairing my front bumper today after hitting a semi tire on the highway.
Here is before. And after.

Aggressive buffing compound, finishing compound, touch-up paint, heat gun (for hairline cracks/reshape) polish and a wax.

First chance to track at Motorsports Ranch 3.1 course. Car performed flawlessly --- driver not so much, but I learned a lot from my Driver's Edge instructor. All in all, gives me a new standard for "a good weekend".

I just had my second (track) set of 19 inch rays straightened (they were a bit bent when I found em at a used wheel shop). It cost 100 bucks a wheel to have them trued.
Then, I replaced my totally torched stock rubber with some brand new Continental DWs (255/285s). These are going to primarily be track wheels. I'm hoping for good things from the DW's. The black powder coated rims with new rubber look so good, Its almost a shame to mount them up. All that new, sticky rubber will soon be balled up into marbles and flung off into the grass! I really need to bolt on a camber kit to try to help them last a bit longer.
