Yup.. Emblems and handles are also in process... So much on her list right now. Luckily I have a great garage right by my work that I love and they just work on her while I am at work.

Highly advise against plastidipping anything with high wear and tear like the door handles. It will peel and fade and not look good. You will very likely not be happy with the results. I do recommend getting the handles professionally painted so that it lasts and looks good for the life of the car.

Having them painted is a bit of a cost though too. I also do like the idea of being able to remove it should I no longer want it that color. |

gotz tracking number for jdm emblems.
but realized i forgot to ask wat the material was... if plastic, no problem. if aluminum, no problem. if stainless, might be problem. if titanium, probabaly a problem. why? cause i need to make it bend just a hair to match the radius of my Z's butt. |

I am ordering just new handles. They have a carbon fiber option you can buy and replace it... easier and I want to be able to turn the car back to stock if i ever decide to sell it.

I got some AD08s, and have had them on for some time now and love them.
I watch my tire pressure like a hawk now. Haha. Also, as I was filling up yesterday one of the gas attendants trying to sell some spray cleaner **** insisted that he was going to race me in his frs. Haha.

I don't want to paint it anything permanent. It costs too much and is well... permanent. Sent using Tapatalk. Last edited by Haboob; 11-14-2013 at 02:32 PM. |

Dry wash last night, drove her to work today. 2 more days before I put her in storage.
Lots of construction so cops out of their cars helping direct traffic, one runs up to me at a light...thought 'oh god, he heard the exhaust' He goes "So I hear these are fast, is it fast??" with a big smile on his face. I breath a sigh of relief. I'm like "Its quick, its not M3 quick but its quick, I'd say more of a handling car" He says "Ah ok, very cool" he pauses "Ok, be safe" then back to serious face lol.
