I'm glad to see other people enjoy driving the car as much as I do though

I'm a DD too. I'm actually thinking about picking up something else to commute with though. I love driving the Z every day, I just don't like see the odometer go up.

DD except when i need my truck or it snows (= need my truck also).
12k miles in 6.5 months but should be less now, shorter commute. I bought the car to enjoy as often as I can, no disrespect to those who chose to go the garage queen route

I bought my Z to be my new daily driver(50 miles a day round trip). It replaced my 04 TSX which I just sold. My S2000 is the garage queen

Daily driver, bought it 3 years ago next month. Thankfully my commute is short, I only have a little over 26,000 miles on it so far. It's actually a good vehicle for the near-combat experience of commuting up and down the SouCal freeways at rush hour, both trips each day involving rapid merging and moving over where two freeways come together. You learn to deal with the visibility issue through situational awareness and defensive driving.
It's comfortable on long trips, but the road noise is a serious detriment to enjoying some tunes or having a conversation with a passenger. |
