Is the GTHaus Exhaust street-legal in California?
 

I am looking for an exhaust system to purchase. I have come across the GTHaus Meistershaft. It's nice and loud/powerful. I am interested in this exhaust. A few questions are left unanswered:

1. Is the exhaust system street legal?

2. Will it pass smog tests/any other tests necessary?

3. How much HP does it give?

Yes its illegal.
So is having a very popular exhaust.

Well the y pipe and mid pipe dont have resonators in them so idk.
and put down 10 hp like another exhaust.
