Pikes Peak White vs Pearl White Difference?
 

Any difference? I have yet to see a Pearl White 370z up close, however there is a 2008 Nismo in Pikes Peak White and I love the color.

I'm guessing it's referring to the same thing. In the US the blue is called Monterey blue but I've also seen it labeled as LeMans blue.

So Pikes Peak White for the 350 = same color but called Pearl White for the 370?

Here it's called Prussian blue. But no matter what colour they call it.. it's still the greatest ever.

Pikes Peak is deeper/richer Pearl White than the Pearl White thats on the 370's. The Pearl White QAB on the 370 does not have near the Pearl effect as Pikes Peak/Glacier Pearl QX1, I have the color on my Max and Pearl White on the Z and like QX1 alot more.

Thanks, too bad that the pearl effect has been reduced for the 370...it looks so beautiful on the 350!

In general White is one of my favorite color's on cars but I am not a fan of pearl white's I have been wanting Nissan to produce as true clean white for so long with no avail. One of my favorites was the FD RX7's Chaste White.

have to agree not a big fan of the white on the Z, but then again I don't like the black cherry on the Z either. :icon17:

No offense to pw owners cuz i feel this way about most colors in the Z line-up. GM for me was a neutral favorite, not an omg thats hot color. The difference between the Z33's Pikes Peak white and pearl white is that PPW is a real sports cars color. And PW is a lower quality infiniti rip-off that shoulda stayed infiniti. Z33, was more TRUE to a sports car in color palette vs the Z34.
i feel the Z shoulda kept Mblue and done away with black cherry and brought back magenta. Then done away with solid red and brought back a new yellow, while also adding the new colors out now. Finally, PPW overriding PW and bring back sports colors in sports cars.

PPW does look amazing in person, I think it's the right amount of pearl. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to see a PW 370 in person yet. Hopefully I'm not too disappointed with the amount of pearl in it.

but I agree for the most part, except for the red for the yellow, I think every sports car needs to come out in some kind of red, sports cars and red just go together!
