ILSAC GF-5 Motor Oil Standard
I came across this video and thought it was interesting. I am using Mobil 1 Extended Performance in my 2009 370Z going forward.
For those of you using oils that have been around for a few years, like Redline Motor Oil, you might want to give this a look and start doing some spec comparisons with the latest and greatest from the major oil manufacturers to ensure you are getting the best performance and value. |

mobil1 has been shown to be lackluster in our engines. checkout the blackstone oil reports
i recommend penzoil ultra synthetic. i've done 2 blackstone oil analysis with it and they've been spectacular |
