Question Add ester oil?

Ok, yesterday while at an auto parts store, I saw a small bottle of ester oil in the refrigeration section. The wheels start turning and I'm thinking, hey, I can add that to any oil and I'll be good to go. Anyone put any thought into this?

Doubtful. Science goes into motor oil. Not just a bit of this and that, but let us see what others have to say.

I wouldn't; just seems like a bad idea.

Why not just get an ester based oil?

First of all Welcome Colnajoe

As much as we encourage New members to ask for help and what not

There are a couple of subjects that have really been talked to death in here and the use of oil is one of them

I would encourage you use our Advance Google Search feature and type in oil or ester oil.

If you need any help with something that hasn't been discussed after searching

By all means post up, We're here to help.
