I noticed this morning that the speed limit had been reduced by 5 MPH to 40 MPH. It was 55 for years with a broken yellow for passing then 50 with double yellows and then 45, now 40 MPH. This patch of road has no visible homes or cross streets for two miles.
Can progress ever be reversed? How could a faster limit be reimplemented? Does anybody know the process? Daily drive, in my daily driver 370Z. - YouTube goto 1:18
