370Z vs SS Camaro vs 135i

BTW Camaro does .97g on the Skidpad. Aint the Cayman a 2-seater. (unless your thinking of a 911 )

Where are you getting that information from? I didn't know anyone had published a test drive of the SS yet.

And yes, Porsche Carrera. Perhaps a used 07-08 model. I was thinking Cayman at first, but it's just a 2-seater.

You can speculate all you want, but I rather be patient and wait for the reviews to come out and compare the two. Sure, Camaro is 700 pounds heavier, but power to weight ratio, the Z is equal to it. I'm sure the Z can handle better, but someone test drove the V6 Camaro and said it was the best handling muscle car ever. So we'll see. I like both a lot. The 350Z was fun, but the one thing it doesn't and CAN'T have is a V8. V8s just sound gorgeous, and just have a great fun factor.

But my thing is I have two little kids, and I would like to every now and then pick them up from school. I can't with a two seater. Porsche might take the cake there. So we'll see. I still have till 2010 to make up my mind.
Camaro SS is a 4 seater

Ehh, that's from Chevy. I don't count that until some real non-bias reviews are done on the car itself.

Yes, I know. That's why the Camaro has some plus points. But it's also huge. That's where the 370Z has plus points.

But no rush to pick a winner... I'll wait for the reviews and all.

If you consider used cars, I agree that the Z4M is quite the competitor and bargain.

The future Z4 with the 3.5L bi-turbo should be just as fast if not faster than the old M and offer superior handling to the older model.

Yea, but the most important problem the Camero has is that it is a GM Product.

The Big Three are in trouble because they build shitty vehicles.

Vanbibber, my comments made about The Big Three are referring to their products quality, build, fit and finish. If we must bring speed into the equation, and if being quick is the only advantage they have, just remember……When Shitt comes out Quick, It’s called Diarrhea, and we all know that’s the worst piece of Shitt a person can have.

So, would you rather have an investment in which your gains are greater than your peers' investements gains for 2 years, or an investment that over the course of time if FAR more valuable than your friend and their 2 year investment?

BTW, that friend blew threw their money an now have very little to nothing to show for it, while you can now retire early due to your wise investing.

Big 3: Fast cars! COOL! But wait, the glory was short lived as they may crumble.
Europe/Asian Car Makers: Fast cars; not as fast as the Big 3. But wait, they are not begging for money and weeks away from collapse!!!

So, in the end, who really wins? Much more to life that a wild fast ride!!

Prolonged diarrhea leads to dehydration, which eventually leads to death.

Anyone have anymore sh*t analogies to apply to the Big 3?
