Tony & OP cut your losses & check out Wilson's Autobody, they WILL fix your issue and treat you with respect all along. If you luck out Frank might show you his custom paintbrush work for bikes & his classic mustang Thanks B1ades, Frank & Stacy are awesome. I saw them do a flat black custom paint job on a brand new jeep, the owner was so happy how it turned out, she started crying I was impressed.

Like most have said here find another shop that does quality work and cut your losses - I know it's hard since you have invested the $ and time already and it get's frustrating.
BUT - let that sorry body shop know that you have a big online presence (Facebook, Twitter, Car forums, etc.,) and you will be sure to let everyone know of your experience and the crappy job they do along with poor customer service. Businesses these days can really get hurt on customers posting their experiences online. A lot of people are hurting for business these days and people love getting great customer service. The internet is a very powerful tool, use it to your advantage. I have known quite a few people that went the route I explained above and they were treated differently after letting them know of what was going to happen. =) Good Luck |
