Should I sell my Z?

I have a 2011 370z (certified) with touring sport and nav. 6 speed with 16k miles. Carmax just offered me 30k. Should I take this? Looking at the cars for

I have a 2011 370z (certified) with touring sport and nav. 6 speed with 16k miles. Carmax just offered me 30k. Should I take this? Looking at the cars for sale section it seems that these take forever to sell and at values lower than this... Also I'm wondering if I do hold on should I expect my value to drop significantly next year (>5k dollars, with about 6k more miles)?
