I remember seeing that video for the first time. It was really impressive, both the drifting and the location.
I've tried getting the back end out before on my car, but it snaps out fast for me and I always panic too much and let off instinctively. Short wheelbase+wide sticky tires make it so you have to be more familiar with the car, although I'm sure the basics would be the same as most other cars.

Most important though is to find a large open lot that's empty so no one gets pissed.

i do the same thing-gut reaction is to immediately let off-havent had the guts to really get into it yet. Chirping the tires in 2nd is fun though!

(getting more intimate w Z daily-will post up as soon as i actually get confidence and circumstances aligned!)

I had that problem with the stock tires on the sports package (back goes out really quick). That is what I liked about the hankooks even though they have less grip (are much cheaper and last longer and quieter) is that they seem much more predictable when you are loosing traction.

First thing I do everytime I get in the car is turn off TCU. My tires are wearing fast though I'm going to have to chill it out.
