The rear springs isn't even a coilover setup and takes 10-15 mins each. I would look around. There's gotta be a reputable shop around you. I was also under the impression that installing the toe bolts required some drilling. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust the guys at Sears to drill anything in my car.

If there's any 'drilling' involved (which I don't think there is), I'd definitely look-up a specialty shop, not Sears.
