lol, this reminds me of my wife calling me from the honda dealership asking to talk to the service clerk when he insisted she needs to get the tires balanced, brake and MT fluid topped off, etc. (this car is AT).

i get on the phone with the guy, 'hey there, wat did you say my car needs?'
service guy: 'uhhh, hello, um tire balance? and brake and transmission..?'
me: 'how about no.'
