Honestly I think they look neat. The only reason I don't do it is because everyone on here would laugh at me.
From what I've seen they require some modification to your car though, cutting and what not. As well, when you open them you have to be careful to push out when you open and pull when you close. That was the last time I checked though, it could be different now. IMO do what you want and don't let the massive clique on this website deter you. Chances are you will say something miniscule and they will laugh and judge you anyways. It's your car, not theirs. If you do decide to do it I would recommend you make sure it's a reversable procedure, as you will likely have to reverse it if you ever want to sell the car. |
