She honestly liked the car. :tup: I could see that and gladly take the complement but he took pains ignoring me so I'll take it as a compliment too. :cool:

I've gotten relatively few compliments on my Z. Friends, family, and the one other guy in my town that owns a 370Z, but that's about it. I've had a few other Z drivers wave at me on the road, and actually several Corvettes. I get very little love from random strangers. I think a lot of folks actually dislike the car, judging from the stare-downs I get from Mustang, Camaro, & Challenger owners. Quite a bit of, "I only buy American" where I live. :icon23:

I don't really care, as I didn't buy my Z for other's approvals. ;)

One thing I really hate is all the lifted oil burning junker trucks that want to race me. I'll be cruising along with my windows down and they pull up next to me and then floor it. My car is low so often times their exhaust is literally pointed straight in my window and they fill my car with burnt oil diesel exhaust. Beyond obnoxious.....
