Did you ever figure anything out on this? Have you noticed it happening after it rains or anything like that? It is possibly you have a short in the key

Did you ever figure anything out on this? Have you noticed it happening after it rains or anything like that? It is possibly you have a short in the key cylinder that is causing the wire to ground, thus making the BCM think your key is in and turned.
And to correct something that was said above, the KPtechnologies module HAS to be installed in the drivers door as it has to interface with the drivers door key cylinder. It will NOT work in the passenger door or in the drivers kick panel. |
