The 9500 is great and so is the Beltronics RX65. It has almost as good range as the 9500 (2+ miles, I feel any further becomes pointless or even harmful)

It only lacks the GPS feature... which while nice, isn't really necessary. I can confirm the range on the RX... Also, check out Radar Roy reviews.
