Nismo parts

This is a two part thread/questions.

There are two Nismo names it seems, the Nismo that is being sold through Nissan as a full car and then the Nismo parts called S-Tune. How do I tell if I am getting the Nismo parts (if I am able to buy them) and not just the S-Tune parts? Besides different body kits are the other parts different, exhaust, springs, etc.?

I have read so far that the Nismo body kit will only be available to buy if you have a certain VIN, but what about the other Nismo parts. Wheels, intake, springs, etc., will these be able to be purchased by non-Nismo owners?
