It is an Amuse bumper, he just has an EVO-R wing.

I think its the Seibon NSM wing. Evo-R's has the center support doesnt it?

Correct, it just looks from that angle to be a bit higher than OEM.

If you guys look at his side profile pic, his "amuse" bumper is flat just like the stock bumper. Also the 2 "dents" underneath the vents on each side of the bumper are straight instead of going down at an angle.

Here is a raw picture of the rear, it looks like either the paint is causing it to 'look' different or if it is a replica they are known to not look 'exactly' the same since the molds are off.
