This is ONLY true in 09. The 10 and up came with the tonneau cover brackets. You just have to buy the cover. $300

On the 09 the brackets can be purchased for custom install through nissan. The full price. $660

I didn't care much for the sports pkg when I bought my car. I just wanted the nav so I had to get the touring. It was hard to come by so I had to preorder it. It may be your only option if they don't have any sitting around.

Since its from 2011 it would already have the brackets

I don't have these in my car. Mine's a 2010. But I stand corrected. Never knew/cared that they updated that.
