Nitrogen tire PSI?

So I just had a patch done on one of my tires and they also filled all 4 with nitrogen. I know Nissan recommends 35psi cold, but is that taking

So I just had a patch done on one of my tires and they also filled all 4 with nitrogen. I know Nissan recommends 35psi cold, but is that taking into account expansion when hot?
