Nissan mystery shopper request?
 

Has anyone received an email from jd power via nissan north america to be a mystery shopper at the service department of your dealership? Pay is $55 which would be nice to offset an oil change but Im worried it might possibly be an information phishing scam? Not sure how they would get my dealership info etc but you never know

I got that email yesterday. It said they would pay you $55 to watch every move they make while servicing your Nissan. I just let the dealership change the oil for its first change, it was free, and free for a year.

I got the email, I might do it as I need an oil change and since I'm too far from SpecialtyZ, I'll just bring my own filter and Redline oil to be used. I've done a promotion like this before and ended up with a free oil change but that's about it.

Contact JD Power and verify if legit before responding if you're worried about phishing.
