Test drive 2012 MY11 370z 0-60 5.9s

I had a test drive today, it really a nice car. However, I tested 0-60 twice. The results are 5.9s and 5.7s. How come many 370z owner claimed they can

However, I tested 0-60 twice. The results are 5.9s and 5.7s. How come many 370z owner claimed they can do it within 5? Maybe my launch skill is not good enough but yea, just a ask. Thanks.
