After running in,better power.?

Hi friends,i had a feeling,after 500 miles of running,i felt my car is getting more powerful,more powerful than the first day i got the car,does any members here got the 'feeling'.?Thanks...

Generally by then, the engine has broken in and the rings are honed to the cylinder walls, so, no, it's not imagined :)
