I am ashamed to say that Clarktw*t is a fellow Brit - because he has no talent he has made his name in a cheap, nasty way, by regularly saying unpleasant things that are designed to catch the public's attention - Anyone can do that, but most people have more self-respect than he does.
Personally, if I want to be derogatory about a fellow human being, I call them a 'Clarkson'. ps - I finally succumbed to the lure of the Datsun 370z last month and got one.
