Strange Starting Noise
 

When Starting I sometimes hear a strange noise. A horn like sound (like you would find on a 1950's bicycle) and it honks to the rotation of the engine.

Could just be intake honk, I only notice it sometimes?

I did have to remove one of the factory plastic PVC items as it cracked, the one on the drivers side.

Seems to happen on first cold startup, 85F outside temp.

Anyone else this strange starting noise?
