conclusion on the rode. im returning it. i tried all the settings but it will not work to my standards without having a preamp with input/output level meter. which means, better just to use my tascam recorder. the rode as a mic is very good though. very rich sound, but the levels it only provides which are, -10db, 0db, +20db...none of them work well inside my Z's cabin nor gopro. the high pitched noise is too loud when -10dB is used. clips like a mofo at 0db.

they need to provide a dial, not a slide level that goes from -10db to +20db. on the Z, i think -4db to -5db could work well.

yah, as noted above, the rode is a great mic, but not for car unless you have other gear to adjust level.

oh, and i found out my rear view camera is acting up again.

got scrolling screen like a pos crt tv on u-channel looking for programs out in northpole or some shitt. this is going to be like the 4th or 5th time fixing it. wtf~ it's the module's signal or power wire.

i think im going to order up a new camera and a new HU and swap the whole system out.

Gave her a quick bath before this afternoon's run to Ohio.
I've been done for 5 minutes and there's already big yellow clumps of pollen all over the roof.

Got my front spacers on today. Unfortunately was not able to do the rear ones. I would've had barely 7 threads with the studs that I got with them. So..I've got to get some longer studs to ensure that there's enough to make me feel that I'm not compromising my safety.

Anyways, the fronts look great!

Well I must say..anything you do, you do well. You're a perfectionist, aren't you? It seems that you're VERY particular about everything you do, accepting nothing short of what you perceive to be perfection.

That's a great quality, but I wonder...does it ever frustrate you when things don't perform to your apparent exacting standards?

Luna I tried to post a couple pics of my driving shoes but they didn't upload. Hopefully when I take the pics of my car Weds. they will upload. BTW my shoes are black not orange like yours. I couldn't pull that off like you can.
