You I like...You are Car crazy..

Would you believe before I dumped 30K into my Z/28, I test drove the AMG, and the M series BMW's..

The reason I did not buy them yet was I had to finish what I started, and I am still young enough to want to track my car.

But a high performance Luxury car is in my future for sure.. The test drives were insane..

Incredible power and luxury.. I still need more time with my Car/Girlfriend.

But at 52 that window will be closing someday, and the need for Luxury performance will be needed..

I really loved the E Series.. Not too big, and crazy fast...

The M series Interior did not fit me as well..

But for now, I "think" I am still young, so the Z/28 and the 370Z are it..

But you sir, I like your style.

Oh God, when Kenchan reads this, he will think, "oh man, an old guy with slow reflexes, buying a 550 HP heavy car"...

Ive been contimplating my next purchase. Either want to do a 240/260z project or get a WRX. I really want to do the 240 or 260 but the WRX is the logical choice for the winters around here. IDK.

everyone. Life has totally been getting in the way of my time on the forum

hey long time no see, alchemy! i had a 02wrx long time ago when they first came out in the US. i too might consider getting the wrx hatch if things dont work out for me on my hatch hunting. i really dont need much power or awd though (im going to run snow tires anyway in winter) so i might look at like the end-of-life xB or the impreza hatch.

My wife picked me up at work and we went to the dealership to pick up my Z after getting the 15,000 mile service. I'm glad to have her back! Unfortunately, they didn't have the oil filter in stock so I have to bring her back when it arrives.

Ummm, looks like a productive day spent in the shop.

Did they do nothing with the air box because of said "aftermarket hoses"?

Not sure, I have to check with the advisor who was already gone.
