hope you dont need to get surgery and stuff for that.

mr.gurney taught me the bent knee twisting body slowly left to right excercise. helps my butt, hip, lower back TREMENDOUSLY!

i still do it every morning 10 cycles followed by my usual quick warm up excercise.
