is the 370z a unibody?

i heard it was a unibody (no frame), but i cant trust the source. it was a douchebag. so does anyone know?

im not a car / mechanic type, so i have no idea how to tell. (pre-flame disclosure)

Yes it's a unibody that has frame like extensions welded on.

Corvette and Viper are not unibody. They have full-length steel or aluminum frames, depending on model.

The 370Z is a monocoque type vehicle. Pretty cool, and having owned a Z06 and a 370Z now, I can say that I strongly prefer the "feel" of the monocoque design over dynamic road surfaces.

But, there's plenty of exotics or "specialty" cars that are unibody aka monocoque. Lambo Aventador for example. And, my personal all time favorite car... The Koenigsegg CCR.
