Z_ealot 06-04-2012 11:29 PM

looks like sales went back up compared to 2011, seems like almost back to 2010 levels

buddyZ 06-05-2012 12:14 AM

i saw more 370z's on the road before i bought one... I dont know what the hell happened i can go a full week without seeing one in Southern California that is insane. I honestly see more z4m coupes than 370's... who would of ever though

This website has sales stats for most of the vehicles. Here's 370z's sales figures:

hey dad, saw this new thread and updated my spreadsheet.

I noticed May and March have the highest sales. May has a lot Memorial Day promotions to account for increase in sales, what about March?

Can I bring my Z there to sell? Seriously. I would love to spend $10k bringing it there and selling it for even $100k.

Oh yeah, duh! I thought they had sales events during that month that I just missed.

enkei2k 06-05-2012 08:44 PM

I got mine in March also...

I think the # is because that's when they started the 0% + revealing the new 2013 refresh made people buy it. That's why I got it anyway lol

steveg78 06-05-2012 09:24 PM

Got mine march 1 of 2010. My thought process was ok winter is just about over...better start hunting... I called a dealer to confirm the car I was looking at on their website was still on the lot. His response "well it's under a foot of snow right now but we can have it cleaned off and ready". I said I'll see you in 3 days when it's all melted.

Ackrite 06-05-2012 10:02 PM

March here. I think it had more to do with the fact that people, myself included, wanted to get in on 0% just incase it didn't extend to April.

Pauly 06-06-2012 05:37 PM

thats awesome. the camaros are showing over 9100 in may, as opposed to 900 Z's.
I love it

I definitely do see more GTR's myself also.

UNKNOWN_370 06-06-2012 06:03 PM

Bought my 09 in march of last year. Bought my 11 in spetember of last year. Still luvn the Z

This year we have 3,753 Z's sold. Pretty low number. They had 3 months in 2011 on the 12 models so I will assume possibly another 2000 units. Maybe this year 6500-7000 will be sold????

13000+10000+6000+¿6500?= approx 35000 unrefreshed units in sales. The refresh will most likely sell a quarter that. Which will hold higher value? Which will be most revered. I think our bodys will be the favorite but the 13 performance will have the marginal advantage as a performance legend. Only because I'm sure the tweaks, though minor, should have a huge impact on the stock Z performance...

(Modders who know their shyt, need not worry. Our personal mods are probably better than anything on a refreshed Z..)

Z-Girl 12 06-06-2012 07:51 PM

Bought mine in April had to jump on that 0%. The mustangs and camaros are as plentiful as civics around here. No go for me...but I do love the look of the latest mustang.

danegrey 06-06-2012 08:12 PM

got mine in mid-october of last year..

They extended into May and that got me going. I knew I just had to get out of May with a Z in the garage. I was getting ready to settle for a 7AT because there were no 6MT's with the options and color I was looking for until the guys at Fontana found one. Purchased Wed picked it up Sat. Maybe not as big as Nissan hoped but I'm sure May was a decent month for them too.

Im in Irvine/Newport Beach, Not even funny how many baller cars are out here. You can have a Benz Amg around here and nobody even looks...
I work by John Wayne Airport where Lambos and Maseratis are more common than 370z's thats insane. I love it though because i get alot of stares and i dont even have the sport package!!

Tons of s2000's and 350's though.

Was looking at Nov 2012 sales for the 2013 z. They sold 450 units. Seems like the refresh has done Nothing to inspire sales of the Z as I suspected.

Income tax. Can we aggregate the data by state?

More like a price hike that's not worth it.! You would have to be stupid to pay dealer pricing these days they are like sharks!

The economy is still having trouble as well & for most, the Z is a luxury purchase, not a pratical one , so i'm sure that plays a good bit into sales ;)

Yep, not to my liking either. Not a fan of the driving light placement.

YMMV
