bumper to bumper warranty length?

My car is a 2010 built in march of 2010. How long is the factory b2b warranty? Should I still have some left?

kenchan 05-30-2012 04:27 PM

i think so...

Go outside and measure your car from the front bumper to the rear bumper and that will give your answer?

Lol I wish it was that easy... I called Nissan and talked to the most retarded person ever and flat out told me she didn't know. I was hoping for a certain amount of years/miles for the warranty. I don't want to call Nissan back... Lol

Nissan is full of crap and they are liars...Including Service managers.

I think it is 3 years or 30,000 miles..Bumper to bumper.

The drivetrain is 7 years or 60,000 Miles. I think.

lol as someone who worked in the call center at one point I can tell you that they are beyond swamped.

Your best bet is to review the 2010 Warranty Manual from Nissan USA, I have linked it for you here:

https://www.nissanusa.com/pdf/techpu...2010_N_WIB.pdf

Page 7 will show you that the warranty begins from the moment that the vehicle is put into use by the first retail buyer and not the actual build date pg 4 will show you all of the effective dates

The standard warranty is 36 months or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first).

brucelidat 05-30-2012 05:33 PM

Its 3 years/36000 bumper to bumper and a 5/60k for powertrain and corrosion is 75k. You should have all of this on your paperwork. There should be no reason to call a dealership when its in your contract and owners manual.

From the date of purchase. It doesn't matter the manufacture date. The only different would be if you bought used.
