I didnt really like the previous civic, in order for me to like the civic you have to go back to the 99-02 civic si's or before.

If I were you I wouldn't be so quick to discount the EVO. It outperforms the STI and the engine is bulletproof for aggressive modification. The technology in the EVO is nearly triple in class value as well as the DCT. Just some food for thought. I would at least drive one before making it final. The genesis coupe 3.8 and 2.0 both are great cars to consider as well.

I think because the BRZ is not turbo. It takes away from its mod potential making it too much of a downgrade based on the utter lack of power. Anyone consider a used IPL? Those are pretty nice and handle great.

I did say I respect the evo, I guess really if I have to latch onto something that pushes me away from the evo its that the styling isnt really my flavor. Honestly a year and a half ago when I went for the 370 I was looking at used infiniti G37's as well but the prices they were at then and even now just boggled my mind as to how they could still cost so much being used.

I actually wouldnt mind getting behind the wheel of a BRZ just to give it a go and maybe by the time I pull the trigger in the next year there could be word of a turbo model.

If you can, keep the Z and get a DD.

Im considering that route too with a few different options, I cant afford another car payment so itd have to be cheap. Id like to find a unmolested unfuxed with 240sx but those are becoming few and far between very quickly.
