Default using the KAAZ from my S13 in my 370z both are r200

I have a full drift/track s13 that I'm currently parting out in order to focus on my new 370z. The S13 has a R200 Kaaz 2way inside of it. All of the information I've found so far indicates that I could possible use the KAZZ LSD unit in my 370z since Nissan is still using the R200 diff.

My Z is a touring with sport which means I would have to buy a non sport diff(open) to perform the swap because I believe the splines on the output shafts are different on the VLSD. Plus it would be nice to have two pumpkins one for track and one for street.

So the question is, does anyone have pictures of an open differential's cover off showing the inside of the pumpkin and/or pictures of the output shafts to cross reference the spline count.

I don't want to sell one Kaaz diff only to pull the same unit out of a box a few months from now only newer.

Thanks for any info,
Odin

bump for an older member to come across this and add some wisdom to the thread. I just autox'ed the Z today and the VLSD left much to be desired. I'm pretty surprised with the car though. There was 6 people in my class(CStock) and I came second by .200 of a sec. to a guy on slicks.

Won't work. A simple look on KAAZ website would have told you this. The housings are shaped different, the ring n pinion is different, the axle stubs are different....

OEM part numbers
38421-12S00 = USDM S13 diff assy-open
38420-2C500 = Z34 diff assy-viscous M/T

KAAZ part numbers
SAN2655 = S13
SAN3510 = Z34
