Steering lock problem solved (for real)

Pulled the steering lock fuse (quadruple checked). Still hear the damn thing unlocking when I go to ACC and car still won't start every time. How the hell is this

Still hear the damn thing unlocking when I go to ACC and car still won't start every time. How the hell is this possible? Something else I've noticed is I don't get the key warning in the cluster.
