I believe the zdays event just happened , but has anyone tried to get into contact with them? The rear foglight I ordered from them was dead and I'm trying to get it replaced but it seems like they are not responding to any of my pm's or msg's that I've left them. :(

yea i called and left a couple of messages, its pretty weird though, idk if it they are super busy or something.

John and Rob at Z1 let me know they were still catching up since ZdayZ just passed. They are a bit behind. Calling is easier but they also try to respond to their facebook messages. Good luck!

PM Dustin here on the forum. I always had excellent customer service from them.

Also try to call them again after this long weekend.

Yeah they are usually very good at responding. I'm sure they're just really busy.

They were there all day today and John was tuning my car on the dyno for a good part of the day.

..they have always treated me good.

as an FYI..

I know they are changing / updating their phones + catching up with stuff from zdayz.

I was there today and everytime the phone rang someone picked up.

Something might be wrong with the messaging system they do not know about.

I talked the them twice last week about their driveshaft for my G? Answered everytime I called?

Yea that is weird. I'll just try calling then again on Monday. I really wanna get a working foglight! Lol
