JDM Rear Camera
 

I first saw the rear camera here and checked it out for myself on “úŽYŽ©“®ŽÔƒz�[ƒ€ƒy�[ƒW and Nissan in Japan is offering the rear back up camera but, I was wondering if any of you guys had any idea if it works with the US Navi setup or if it would even work? Help me out here guys cause I'm down on picking it up ... But the site says its 55,335 Yen which converts over to 562 American estimated !!!

good find, but yeah that is def. way too expensive.

Too much of a PITA to integrate. There is a bunch of other stuff needed such as steering angle sensor, camera control unit, harnesses etc.

There is a guy selling the kits on ebay and I called him. He live within driving distance of me so I am considering driving down there and having him install. Will run me about $700 but as far as I can tell, this unit will integrate fine with the G35 or 370Z. He has done 10 GTR installs and seems to know what he is talking about.

I checked it out and it looks pretty good ... but, i think its expensive for not being OEM .. Get it if its worth it for you tho ... He is installing for free for you ... I thought the JDM Nissan one was good because it came with the front and back camera and split screen view. But, it's most definitely on preference and how much your willing to spend. Just make sure what your getting is good quality ... Thanks for the link ...
