Default Does painting/powdercoating rims black on a red 370z look unprofessional?

I'm very close to buying a 370z, just banging my head over some details. I can get a pretty good deal on a red manual with sports package, but i've always wanted a black one. If i do get a red one, i'd want to black out the rims, but I'm wondering if that might be unprofessional or "ghetto." i don't want to look like a ricer. It would look something like this

Doesn't look rice at all. The 40th wheels are a gunmetal color and they look great.

I didn't like the sport package wheels black (tried it). It was something about the design. I like the sport wheels the way they are. I just recently got black wheels for my silver z and love it. I hate when people say black wheels are ghetto haha. If it was ghetto they would have chrome lip or something.

I had a red with black rims (not stock).

Got mixed reviews. Some people loved it, others thought it looked "ghetto."

Comes down mostly to what matters to you...if other people's opinion are that important, probably safer to avoid blacking out the rims.

The rims come black/gunmetal standard in the UK on the Z.

This looks hot... and whoever thinks I'm ghetto because I like these... lol _!_
Anyway, I am ghetto... and wear it like a badge. I don't live in a ghetto anymore but I'm proud I survived it. It means I can survive anything.

Th key is staying true to yourself. Fk labels.

I wouldn't say it looks ghetto, but I wouldn't call it "professional", either. For a "professional" look, you might as well keep them stock.

Haaaa... excellent rationalization.

Maybe selections from BBS, HRE and MOMO may look more professional. Never seen a Z with any.
