OP said INTERIOR of car people. I assume ambient lighting in the footwells, which is something I would like to do. If done right it would look good. There were a couple good suggestions, such as letting the light hit where it cannot be seen and flow down evenly. I like that idea alot.

Haters gonna hate.

Didn't turn out too bad, if a bit bright.

Now I can't help but wonder how it might be with reddish orange LEDs to match all our gauge colors.

I've been considering doing an orange/red footwell lighting. Maybe hooking them up so that they come on when the doors open?
