So I was looking around under my hood and I opened a fuse box (curious) and noticed that the heater relay was missing. Is the relay supposed to be on

Heated seats
So I was looking around under my hood and I opened a fuse box (curious) and noticed that the heater relay was missing. Is the relay supposed to be on there? Or is that relay for something else. I drew the arrow and red square around were it says heated seats.
