Happens all the time bro...
You have to realize that the 370z is the car to beat!
So every ricer on the highways and local streets will try to press your buttons.
Do what I do!
Just smile at them and drive at the speed limit!

Yea Evo's and WRX's are the worse, When I had my WRX I would get an evo try to race me almost every week. Recently I've been getting Challengers trying to race me.

I usually ignore them, can't afford tickets.

They're just curious and want to see you gun it so they can hear your car.

That's fine. Someday you might get lucky and they pop their motor. When I had the 350Z, some idiot in a Camaro decided to drive through the left turn lane narrowly missing me on the right lane. I slammed the brakes and got behind him (single lane), and he sped off like a mad man. A few seconds later I drove through a plume of smoke, and then I saw the driver and his friend parked on the side of the road with hazards. White smoke was spewing out from the engine bay and inside the car. The hood was up, and both stared at me with a stupid look as I casually drove by.

When they do that I don't even acknowledge them. Best way to deal with it.

The only problems I have had is with Mustangs. Once a night on the highway it seems to happen.

This really isn't as bad, imo, as after you've washed your car and the guy in the suv in front of you decides it'd be funny to squirt you with not only his front windshield wipers for a while, but then decides to use his rear window squirters for 10-15 seconds as well. Some people just hate on guys who drive nice cars, i suppose.

Coicidently, a black STI and a black RSX, both tastefully JDM'd did the same thing to me as I drove my 370 fbrand spanking new from the dealership. The STI did his blow-off showboating thing on my right. I gave him the thumbs up.

The best thing to do is to sandbag it by revving and act like you're getting on it. Then let them accelerate like hell so that the cops (if there are any) nail them. I've done this many times, and I had the last laugh.

Isn't this problematic? Don't the cops get on your case as well for revving aggressively at the line?
