well it sounds like they owned up to their mistake, and then some. good customer service if you ask me. but hypothetically if they didn't, there are better arguments to

mine did too. they offered to fix it, but what was the point. I would say anyone who removes it without breaking it is extremely lucky. Some things aren't designed to be reused.

How are they getting broken? Is it the double sided tape thats holding it then it breaks trying to peel it off the car?
Im going to swap my factory spoiler out sometime soon but these problems make it sound like the hardest mod to do on the car. |

the rear spoiler. its bolted on and has very sticky double sided tape all around the permiter. its inevitable that it will break when removed.
