Side Scraped
 

So I've had my Z for about two months the car hasn't even broken in yet! Some idiot reversed right into me damaging my front bumper passenger side. I haven't even put my plates on yet!!:mad: To top it all off she lied to me and the officer and she doesnt have insurance. The damage seems like mostly paint chipping off. I'll post pics soon.

I don't know how you Canadians deal with it, but here your insurance company should take care of you and then sue her personally. Also driving without insurance is a misdemeanor in NY if my memory recalls properly.

:shakes head: I feel for you Dude... These idiots are everywhere. Everytime I take out my baby somewhere and park it, I agonize over where to park it and who is around me... Then I watch it like a hawk till I leave the place...

Yea im pretty pissed, paint chipped off :( and btw im in socal-LaCanada, police officer said shes gonna have to investigate whos at fault since the lady was lying saying it was my fault. Her family came saying they saw everything when no one was there.

Man, I hope the cop doesn't screw you on the police report that would blow.

Oh WTF...... Hope you told the cop that her family was not there & they just arrived & saw nothing. I know you mentioned that she does not have insurance, so hopefully she got a ticket for that. Hopefully this cop isn't stupid & will make the who*e pay for what she has done. Please keep us posted on what is going on. Once again sorry to hear the bad news.

Alan....This is how I deal with these things....I know who I am , and I know what kind of people they are....They are liars and losers..

Sure it sucks and will be a PITA to deal with..But just remember, you are you, and they are losers for life..Liars, and people so stupid that they won't buy Insurance....I don't think they are broke and cannot afford it..i think they are the losers of society...Gum on my shoe..

So I am sorry this happened to you, but keep your head up and keep moving forward.

These losers will amount to nothing in life..Yes, i may sound harsh, but i am done dealing with losers, and i have no pity for them, especially when the family lies for them...

I once got hit by a bus while riding my bike and had the same sort of thing happen. Police report placed the blame on me. According to the cop i was 'lucky' to not receive a ticket

driving without insurance is illegal in all states isn't it?

Unless you are an illegal..or live in California..

The people who do the right thing are punished and those that do the wrong thing are rewarded...

It is illegal, but the one that has insurance is always punished and the loser walks....The california way..:icon14:
