Wish we could remotely put the windows up.. Or give the car some logic:

If windows are down, engine off and you get out and walk too far away that the windows go up automatically... ya know? Or holding the lock button on the fob can roll them up all the way.. I'm sure Nissan felt there are some safety issues with the idea and thats why you can't do it.. but c'mon..

Someone get to work and make it happen!

It's been done - I saw a module installed at ZDayZ back in '05 (with a 350 of course).

I don't know if the circuitry for the windows in the 370 has actually changed from the 350 or not but I doubt it has changed much.

Unfortunately I have no idea what company did those modifications/who created the module to make it work...they same guys also had a module that made the VDC a manual option; in other words, if you had it turned "off" it stayed off until you turned it back on or if it ws "on" it stayed "on" until you turned it off (rather than always defaulting to "on" every time you start the vehicle).

One safety issue to consider with a remote auto-up feature is that a person might have the windows down because s/he has a pet inside or something. If they accidentally close the windows, then the result could be a convection-roasted Fido. And of course, Nissan would probably get sued. So not having remote up may ultimately have as much to do with lawsuit avoidance as it does with a real concern for safety.
