How come My Z doesn't have the button to make it shift smoother?

I forgot what it called but its a button that makes your Z smooth Like if I were driving 3rd Gear switch to 2nd, It suppose to make it smooth.

I forgot what it called but its a button that makes your Z smooth Like if I were driving 3rd Gear switch to 2nd, It suppose to make it smooth. The button suppose to located next to yield signal but mine is blank. does it comes only sports package?? mine is 2011 btw
