Also, happy to announce I am ahead of schedule with this crap at work. I should have everything done by tomorrow afternoon and can leave for ZDayZ stress free, only to jump back into it on the 22nd.

i read one post in the suspension section about a leaking koni yellow. might want to follow that to see how the situation is resolved with the warranty replacement etc.

yellows are notorious for having bad lots from time to time. must be a european thing.
Then it sounds like I'm doing it (as soon as I can)! I don't mind having to tweak something every now and then, as long as it isn't too frequent. I did read about the leaking Koni issue, will definitely keep my eyes open for it.

Now if only FBNISSAN will take payments. Thanks for the helpful info again guys, I appreciate it.

Nice. I just completed a massive requirements analysis that is not due until tomorrow. What on Earth am I going to do with myself now? I can't sent it to the client early -- that sets a bad precedence in terms of expectation-setting.

Even if I don't have work to do I will be staying late tonight and tomorrow for effect. Might help make my bonus check a little bigger.

sounds good! the last tweak i did on my G was maybe 3yrs ago when i got her some adjustable endlinks from powergrid for the front swaybar. i have rear adjustable powergrids NIB and just waiting for the stock endlink to fail. i only put about 6k miles max/yr on the car so i expect no changes for a while.

ms. pint, I'm with mr. kenchan on this one. I actually lowered my car on Tanabe springs, and then went back to the stock set-up because of scraping issues here in Houston.

I don't know what the roads are like in Austin, but driveways can be treacherous when you are lowered.

In addition, everything - EVERYTHING - you do to your car involves some form of compromise. That compromise is usually out-weighed by the benefit of the mod, however it is a compromise to be dealt with nonetheless.

And now for some totally unsolicited (apologies up front ) advice:

It's very easy to get caught up with the mod bug. It's expensive, but fun. However, as someone who says they are trying to clear-up their debt situation (kudos to you sweetheart - become the 1% ), take a breath and relax. If you love your car as much as you say you do, it will be there for you to lavish whatever mods on it you want.

Get a little financial cushion going before changing a practically new, and perfectly functioning, car. Trust me, if you stay smart with your finances, you'll have plenty of money to do what you want.

Short term sacrifices for long term gains.

And now back to regularly scheduled programming....................................

Apologies for any feelings hurt by the filibuster.

I think the wife is going to drive the garage queen 370Z today..

My neurologist won't let me drive until the new medication adapts to my body..

I haven't been this high in 20 years... I sure don't want to drive yet...Well I do want to drive, but I am a danger , and i probably won't remember the drive..

If you see me driving, please pull over and save yourself, and your car...

I try, having scoliosis doesn't help with sleeping. Might have sleep apnea as well.
Hmm. I recall an ex-girlfriend of mine who had scoliosis. I think that she had to wear a back brace for a while. My memory is kind of fuzzy. We're talking 30 years.

The only reason I have my one mod at all is because it was too good of a deal to pass up and was cheaper for me in the long run. Trust me, I am dedicated to paying stuff off before I start spending more $$, UNLESS the deal is way too good to pass up.

No brace here, just need physical therapy that I don't have time for.
