It's 16x36 feet, almost 20,000 gallons. The hot tub is a 5 person. It is nice to get in some swimming and then lounging in the hot tub with a couple legal beverages.

Only bad thing is that the pool is not heated so my use is dictated by the weather we have.

LOL Pint the pool is green from not using it last year and having pine needles in it. Did talk to a landscaper yesterday at the cruise night about getting rid of the pine trees.
