Gauges are customizable and programmable so you can pretty much make a gauge for whatever you want... providing there is a signal from the ECU or a supported sensor module for it. Awesome! Thanks for the info!

Ron please let us know what parts you used for that. Also are you willing to make a few kits to sell to us? Man you can make a killing selling them, i know i would buy one. PM me details when you get a chance, i know you are a busy man! Thank you so much in advance sir, and i wish you nothing but the best in all your projects.

Be aware, it is not cheap lol.. Between the screen, computer components, wiring, software and OBDII hardware be ready to spend about $1.5k.. I sprung for the best as far as pc components, you can save significantly by choosing other parts.

What have you been doing when it freezes up? I have an android phone and I love it, but it inevitably requires a hard boot now and then. Any easy way to access the switch?

I've been looking to do something similar but I'm worried about the lockups. Definitely the cheapest way to get spotify integrated though!

Any pics of the installation into the nav bracket?

twinturbonet 06-22-2012 07:59 AM

nice

bdavis89 06-22-2012 08:42 AM

You could probably get the PLX Kiwi or some other app, and connect the tablet to the OBDII port to get read outs and info when you wanted. Now THAT would be saweet. DO IT.
