Need some opinions!
 

Hey guys im looking to buy a 370z within the next week or so.....im confused on what color to get SOME HELP!?? Im stuck between Red or White!?:confused::shakes head:

Both look very good!

1. how dirty does it get where you live?

2. how ocd are you when it comes to keeping your car clean?

I'm in the same boat but between White and Gun Metallic for the new Z I'm getting. I'm leaning towards white. I feel you can do more mods to it. My only fear is the discoloration between the panels on the white.

Needing opinions, well there is no place more abundant with them than the internet so be careful what you ask for. Are you from Glendale CA, AZ or ???

Anyway I say White for a couple of reasons. Black accents & carbon fiber work very well with this color. Whites do not fade as bad as other colors. Really depends on you, your spending the money & it is always better to get what you want than to wish you had. Take a look at the links Drex posted as well as stop into a dealership or 2. There are always car meets to check on rides as well.

I would say white, but I'm also somewhat biased.

Don't listen to the people who tell you to get what you want, get the white one! I'm kidding of course, but not really. I would have gotten the white one but I really wanted a 40th. My next one will be white.

If the choice is between red or white go with the white.

Is this even really a hard decision to make? White.

I've got the Pearl White and I get compliments on it everywhere I go. It has more depth than any of the other colors and just looks plain sexy! You know what they say, "once you go white, you know you did right".

Neither, and here's why...
 

The Z's shade of red is what the cops call "arrest me red". Nuff said?

A plain white Z, like the Porsche Boxster, looks like a refrigerator. The Pearl White shade is a little better...a little.

Don't worry, that still leaves a lot of other colors to disrespect. Actually, I kinda like the maroon, the blue, and--of course--the gunmetal. (Why "of course"? 'Cause that's my Z's color!)

All meant in good fun...you will enjoy whatever color you pick. Congratulations on your new car!

Hmmm, I'd be leaning towards the pearl white, if you are a Carbon Fiber fan, I find they offset each other really well...or even just black accents.

I'd be worried about the cleaning though...

Funny enough for me i wasn't sure what color I wanted as I had come from a silver car (red before that) thought black...but then the Quartz color of the 40th called out to me.

The one thing I will say is I don't see much reds...never in person and not that many on the board

I do not have a PW so I do not have that bias, but I still saw WHITE! unless youa re considering gunmetalllic also, then i have some bias. PW with the black roof wrap looks so nice.

White actually looks cleaner than other colors when it's not all that clean

Oh really? I always thought silver was the perfect dirty car color lol.

Obama is not doing a very good job, but the replacement options don't look much better.
Popeye's is better than KFC.

Light silver is good too, but then you are stuck with a light silver car. I've got one of those as well due to thinking we were buying it for another famliy member & it ended up being ours :shakes head:
I would think black & blue would show dirt the most out of all the colors in the Z line-up though.

out of those two i'd say white. not everyone can be cool enough to drive the yellow :happydance:

Yep, if yellow was still available, that would have been our choice. :tiphat: But I am loving the white ;)

i have a white z & the only the only complaint i have against white is you can see pretty much every chip or scratch that you get from just normal driving when you look sort of up close at it, which kind of annoys me but other than that i absolutely love the white

The 2 most common Z colors is black and white. Monterey blue, black cherry and gun metallic are the nicest. Silver looks awesome and is easy to maintain. Red is also pretty common for Z's but too many red sports cars, period are red. Its become a cliché

Are you sure? Every 370Z I spot is silver, grey or black with an occasional blue one.

You have to be color blind to choose white.. lol. Driving a RED Z :driving: just ooozes....sex... its so nice....:icon18:

You WILL be noticed... Not to mention its also not a common as the those "other" more common colors u see everywhere.... but then again I could be slightly bias.. ;) :tup:

I assume you have looked at both colors in person. I think that the pearl white is a unique color. I didn't get white because my wife bought a white Murano on the same day.

Not biased at all. The reality is.. blue is the greatest colour. Just sayin, as a neutral observer of 370z's.

I think Yellow is the best, but I couldn't find one. I'd also like that Daytona Orange.
